All purchases are pulled from our in-store inventory which is synced in real time with our online inventory. We get an immediate notification when an online purchase is made to pull, pack and ship your order. In the unlikely event that our inventory is incorrect and we do not have the item available, we will send you an email notification and a full refund.
We ship across Canada and the United States from our location in Kindersley, Saskatchewan. Our shipping partner is Canada Post.
We charge a flat rate of $20.00 for all purchases shipped within Canada and $30.00 for all purchases shipped to the United States.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you.
In Store/Pickup/Delivery: If you are local and select in store pickup, your items will be ready for you the same day you order.
Instore Returns: Items may be brought back within 14 days for store credit OR exchange. All items must be unworn and have the original tags attached. We recommend picking up your curbside orders as soon as you are able, as the policy is effective from date of purchase.
Returns by Mail: Online Items received may be returned within 7 days for store credit or exchange. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Once we receive the package we will open and inspect your sealed package and contact you to process your return. Please include your receipt.
All SALE items, jewelry, cosmetics, intimates/bodysuits, candles and shipping/delivery fees are FINAL sale and non-refundable.
NOTE: All import taxes, duties, and related custom fees that may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country are the responsibility of the Purchaser/Customer.
